Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within *24 to 48 hours* (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). You will receive a notification email or SMS once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer shipping across all serviceable pin codes in India.

* Rest of India: 5–7 Business Days

*Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier strikes, or high volume periods.*
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To ensure timely delivery and reduce fake orders:
* For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Ayurva Labs reserves the right to contact the customer via **WhatsApp or Phone Call** to confirm the order before dispatch.
* If the customer cannot be reached for confirmation within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.
* Please ensure your phone number is active and correct at checkout.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages & Issues
Ayurva Labs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at Ayurvalabs@gmail.com with photos of the package so we can file a claim with our courier partner and send you a replacement.
6. Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct address (including House Number and Landmark). Ayurva Labs is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India.
