Refund & Replacement Policy
At Ayurva Labs, we take the quality and hygiene of our products seriously. Due to the nature of health supplements and consumables, our policy is as follows:
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to health and safety regulations, we **cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.** We only accept returns if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged bottle or the wrong product, we will replace it free of charge.
Requirement: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof: Please email us a photo or video of the damaged package/product to ayurvalabs@gmail.com .
Note: We highly recommend making a short unboxing video when you receive your order to ensure quick claim processing.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved (for damaged/defective goods), a refund will be processed to your original method of payment (or UPI) within 5-7 business days.
